Inside a supermarket not a quick ride stop. Slow service to really finish it off.
This place is amazing I go like every day and haven't got anything wrong with my orders. All of the workers work so hard to make your drinks why don't y'all stop complaining then and make your own drinks. The workers are very kind
I always get screwed up drinks. Just go to the Cleveland Hwy. location. Their service and quality is much better.
I went there thinking I'd be able to run in & out quickly..I was WRONG! The batistas didn't say 1 word to me then they weren't giving drinks in order. People behind me got their drinks before I did & there were 3 people ahead of me. So after waiting patiently I just asked for my money back & I was told I had to get it back from customer service. Kroger customer service is AMAZING but Starbucks, not so much. Stick to Clevand Hwy.
If I could give this Starbucks zero stars I would. Everytime I go in here there is 20-30 min wait on your coffee. 9 out of 10 times yoy can't get anything bc their espresso machine NEVER works. I refuse to ever go in here again.
