I dropped my jeep off for a diagnostic service and to fill the air in my low tire. TWO days later I pick up my vehicle and they had not even rode it for a test drive to figure out why it is overheating. I needed my jeep so I couldn't leave it any longer even though they still had not diagnosed anything. I was already frustrated to be without a car for no reason for two days then I hopped in it to drive off the lot only to STILL HAVE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND LOW AIR IN MY TIRE LIGHT ON--And this is a dealer, I can't believe it. I couldn't believe I am driving away with TWO maintenance lights on. Later I emailed the manger, and he made promises to fix this bad service but then he never continued the communication or fulfilled the offer he made me. Just unbelievable. I give it zero stars.
I went in to trade my 1 year old Journey in on a new van. I found the van I wanted online and the sales lady took my info, and said she was going to get the Journey appraised and would be right back. While she was gone, she had my credit run, WITHOUT my consent. This wouldn't have been so bad if we had come to an agreement on the trade in price or at least the sales price on the van, BUT we had just started. Not only did they offer an unreasonably low price for my Journey, but she proceeded to tell me that the price on the van I wanted was a typo on their website and that it was actually quite a bit more. Each of these things on their own may have been fine, but all of it together is a joke. So I went to Mountain Valley Motors in Blue Ridge and got a way better deal all around, saving me about $300 a month, so I guess there is a silver lining to the story.
My husband and I had a wonderful purchase experience with John Rhodes. He was patient with us and drove us around the lot to help us identify the perfect SUV. We are elderly and on a walker and so the height of the vehicle was a very important consideration for us as well as the cargo space for wheelchairs and luggage . We wanted a specific color and certain options . He showed us everything available and helped us make the perfect decision . John is a fine young man and would be a good choice of sales person for anybody considering a vehicle! My husband is a retired Navy man and he likes a straight shooter like John Rhodes !!!!
Recently bought a 2018 Ram 2500. May have been the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. Salesman Steve Cockburn worked hard to find me the truck I wanted and to get me the best deal possible. If you’re shopping for a new ride definitely ask for him by name. Straight shooting salesman who don’t pressure you into making a decision.
Steve C he is a awesome salesman he got me in a 2017 Chevrolet Trax and He got the payments to where I needed them to be he was a awesome person go and see him and since I have bought my car he has called me a couple of times to check on me and see if I still like my car I told him I love my car. He was very helpful.
