Have gone to Pals for a while now. I had my car washed recently and there were some spots that were left on my new car. I called and left a vm regarding the issue and immediately got a call back. Daniel handled the situation exceptionally well. Sent my car back through the car wash and waxed my car free of charge. Great customer service and I will continue to return.
They work hard cleaning your wheels tip them they deserve it.
Best place within 50 miles. Guys always hustle and do a great job. Monthly membership is icing on the cake!

In late November of 2016 they had a special going for a 2 month membership for the price of 1 month. All in all the package I purchased was $35.00. Not bad for unlimited washes for 2 months. It should've been a one time charge but here now 6 months later they're still trying to charge me. Even when I brought it to their attention that they had no right to charge me every month since. I left Dalton in February 2017 and haven't been back since. I've tried calling the number listed and can't get an answer. My company has sent them emails without any response. These people are thieves. If you go there pay cash and absolutely DON'T give these douchebags your credit card.
The monthly club is a good value and they usually do an adequate job
