Has anyone noticed that most of the good reviews come from Hispanic people? Probably because the staff is Hispanic so the clients of that ethnicity get better treatment. My son had a broken tooth and we had to wait for over an hour just to be seen. My daughter has had numerous cancellations for absolutely no reason. She doesn't have a problem with being treated by the dentist but they still restrain her! They are completely unprofessional unless you're not white..
When I came to my appointment with Dr.Ed and his assisting Marley. I liked when they put the numbing when I had my caverey filled in. It was not scary it actually felt really good. I hope I have all the time even with they clean my teeth. They are the best once in my opinion.

On Thursday November 2, 2017 my grand daughter truely enjoyed her visit to the dentist. She talked about it being very good. Thank You Kool Smiles Dalton office. No cavities !!!
Don't ever go here!!! They should be shut down!! I got my daughter's teeth cleaned yesterday and an hour later she developed a HUGE absess on her gums and was in extreme pain. They claimed she had no cavities. I took her back today and they took more x-rays. Not only was the visit 2.5 hours, but the dentist told her "She thinks she has oral cancer and found a cavity." Really? Why the hell would you say that in front of the child? I am furious at their stupid and careless ways. They're SO disorganized and unprofessional. We will NOT be back!!!
