I would give them 0 stars if I could. My husband is a Veteran. The VA uses Ancora as one of their Veterans choice Facilities. They have made him wait 3-4 hours at an appointment they got his prescription wrong this last visit. I have called twice and they have ignored us. Veterans have to wait for good care and Ancora is no different. I wish the VA would find another facility.We are going to call the VA and report them. Hopefully we can get referred to a doctors office that cares.
The billing department will not call you back. I have tried for months. I have left so many messages with different people. All I want is for someone to go over the account. It was over a year before I received the first bill that goes all the way back to 2016. They are not very professional. The office in hixson is not very clean looking either.
Loved dr dykes but Becky, don't think she is a nurse is most rude nasty person I have ever mey. Sitting in waiting room for one hour plus she was nasty when people were late due to recent storms, I was on time at last visit and patient that was late was taken prior to me. I spoke with lady in waiting room and was not emergency. Didn't get a apology from Becky for delay and forgot bottle and was refused care. Previously I had taken bottles and no one asked for them. I am a RN and knowledgeable of system. The Hixson office was great never a long wait. All staff great except Becky. Since I didn't bring bottles to office I will no longer see them . Which is good because I was going fire them. Wouldn't take my dog to that place
My name is Darrell Jude. The people at Ancora have been nothing but nice and accommodating to me . They have addressed all my concerns and Dr. Dykes seems to care about his patients. I have been going there for years. The description being used for the people at Ancora Dalton office has not been my experience. If I were treated in a rude manner I would go to another place in the same complex but will continue to use them. They are great as far as I'm concerned. DEAR OWNER.
