There's no way in the world this experience would've been pleasant. That being said, every single staff member at Ponders made things run as smoothly and "painlessly"(for lack of a better word) as possible. When dealing with death and loss on a daily basis I can imagine it would be easy to become calloused or cold but everyone was warm, empathetic and extremely patient with my family and I when we changed our minds or needed things explained over and over. They provided a service worthy of my lost loved one.
