VERY UPSET WITH THE DALTON, GA OFFICE!!! NEVER!!!!! Drop off your tax return and let them mail it back to you. We never received them back and when I called "Ben Blackburn" he said he put them in the mail. Well last night at 11:30 pm I received a phone call with a lady saying my 1040 tax return was mixed in with her Mother's paperwork from the social security office.
ALSO MR. SECURITY GUARD IS TOTALLY AWESOME!!! PLEASE NEVER LEAVE. YOU'RE THE BEST.
It was distressing finding that neither restroom had a changing station for me to use, but the officer and another employee both suggested I submit a comment card. Other than that, the wait wasn't too bad. We were in and out in about 30 minutes.
I understand not having a diaper changing station,but when a security guard tells me to change my daughter in the bathroom floor is kinda over doing it a little bit.
