My daughter has a switchblade type key fob for her car and she didn't realize it and lost the key out of it. I called and ask if they could make a replacement key and they very helpful and had the replacement key made in just a few minutes. We later bought a car that only had one key/fob and the dealership in Chattanooga where I bought the car recommended "The Lock Guys" and told me that they always use them and that they do a great job. Of course I had already used their services previously and knew they did a great job but it was nice to hear they had a great reputation at a dealership out of town. I took the key/fob to them and they had it programmed and cut within a few minutes.
Great guys. They program keys to cars most locksmiths run from. Honest and dependable.

These guys deserve more like a 10 instead of 5. I had a rough day my key broke while at work and the only people I knew to ask about a new one is The Lock Guys. And sure enough they helped me, I couldn't afford for them to come to me so they helped me in getting my car started. I got it started drove all the way to Dalton from the South end of Calhoun. I get there I get greeted with a smile and how can we help, and they even listened to my sob story (when they were most likely thinking, come on lady shut up). But they fixed up my keys, then talked to me more and wasn't like okay you've got your key be on your way. I thank them so much for the help and the advice on how to get to them from Calhoun, you will never know how much it means to me. Thank you guys soooooo much!! You've got my business forever!
