The food is good but the service needs work I have gone in there for them in the past 3 weeks twice and both times I have either been missing something from my order or it's messed up in some way today the same thing happened and as the times before I went back only this time when I went back the the teenager that was as a shift manager for the evening actually accused me of trying to get free food. Because apparently this complaint comes up and they believe it's people attempting to get free food I work very hard all week for me to try and get free food that's kind of what I work for is to put food on the table for my family so as I've said the service needs work she mentioned how this happens often which only makes me think maybe just maybe the service has something to do with it. I live 2 minutes from Chatsworth I'm 20 minutes from Panda. It kind of sucks to go there twice to get one meal then to lose your appetite because someone can't do their job right.
This location was the worst Panda experience I've ever had. Ordered steamed rice with my meal and it was uncooked. After letting the staff know they gave me another plate of uncooked rice.
Great food, just dont expect good service after 9pm. The people working drive thru consistently act like they hate their lives
9/8/2017 I rolled in off the interstate with my family and my new born son just about a half an hour before they were closing. We were heading up north due to a hurricane evacuation which was mandatory in our zone down in Florida. We came in to eat. The food was excellent, the service was amazing, and the place was very clean. I asked the managers if I could take a moment to feed my 2 week old son in my car and let some family members get a quick nap before we hit the road again. They were both very kind, said that was fine, take all the time we needed, wished us luck on our journey, and even asked us if we needed help finding places in the area to get some rest. It was really something! Kudos to the entire staff! Thank you so much! Best wishes from our family to each of yours :)
Great food. Only giving 4 stars bc the leftovers in my back seat made my car smell like broccoli for a week lmao
