They do a great job grooming my little dog. And I almost always have a coupon to use they my email.
The service here is amazing. If you can't find what you are looking for, they will find it for you, up to and including going searching through the back or holding some aside for you when it comes in. I'm willing to pay more (not that I think I do) to buy my pet food here than at the grocery store, because of this amazing service.
The best store to find anything you're looking for just for your fur babies. They also have friendly staff that is very knowledgeable of what you need.
Listen up pet parents.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE TO BE GROOMED! I just spent a week calling corporate which of course was a disappointment due to the way my pup and I were treated when I brought to the grooming salons attention that a product they used broke out my pup. There was an incident before where no one called to tell me my pup was finished grooming. After a few hours I got concerned and called THEM. I was told my pup had been ready hours ago and "someone was supposed to call me but forgot to"????? So because their rude, lying, incompetent grooming staff and the attitude filled manager got upset about my complaining; I was told they will no longer groom my pup not even trim her nails! There so called "district manager lies, doesn't follow up, and the staff lie as well. There's too much competetion out here for anyone to have to deal with crappy, poor grooming, and customer service. I honestly don't know how people like this have a job dealing with the public! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE take your babies to Pets Mart! Save yourself a head ache and having to deal with shady people
I absolutely love this place. I really do come here for all my pet needs. I love their staff. They're the friendliest, most helpful people I've ever met. They take great care of my poor blind dog when I bring him in for grooming.
