My furbaby of 9 years died because they didn't contact us while he was in there care whenever he was having a hard time after surgery. Instead of contacting us and giving us the opportunity to take him to an emergency vet where he could have recieved more advanced overnight care they left him overnight all alone to die. He passed away and we had no options/opportunities to give him better care.
They assured us that he was waking up great and was doing fine, no other phone calls to update us on his status then the next day they call to tell us he passed away the night before but didn't notify us that his health was declining by qoute, "we knew you was a work."
My opinion there is nobody else to see. Thanks again.
Not just a Dr... our girl (gone now 13+yrs) didn't like going inside a vet.... When we first called and asked to be seen at a certain time so we could come right in as we explained the situation. Dr. Thompson said no let's do better, I will come outside. Just the simple respect is amazing.
That is not okay, my furbaby of 9 years is worth more to me than work and because of dalton animal care he had to die alone in their kennel. Also, management sent a condolence card with the bill and 2 weeks later sent us a card to update vaccine history for the baby they let pass away. Which they still have not contacted us back aftet many messages have been left. Money hungry and showed no sympathy towards the whole situation. I am disgusted and hurt at how they handle their mistakes.
DR. THOMPSON, what can i say, besides the best!!! We drive 1hr currently and have driven 2 hrs to visit Dr. Thompson.
Every person I've dealt with at this office has been wonderful. The vets seem to truly care about the animals and their owners and even the support staff go out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.
I've taken my dog here since I've lived in Dalton. Very friendly and efficient staff. They do not try and sell you on services your dog does not need. Quick getting you appointments and filling medications. I just got another dog and will be taking her very soon!
Best doctors around. Entire place always clean and staff super friendly. Great veterinarian and the only one for me.
