The absolute worst experience and treatment I have ever had at any dealership (auto or motorcycle). They told me They would be able to negotiate a trade better if I would bring my bike by for them to inspect. So I drive 1.5 hours back the next day with my bike in a trailer (due to rain) and was quoted a ridiculously low offer and He would not offer anything more period. NEVER once peeked, glanced or looked at my bike. completely lied to me the day before. I will NEVER EVER be back and advise others not to as well, unless you like being lied to and mistreated!
To whom it concerns, I Ryan Goss have purchased 2 Harley Davidson's from Mountain Creek Harley Davidson and brought my friend in today 9/29/17 in the hopes of him purchasing a bike. The sales manager is unprofessional and rude. The sales manager came in and out of the showroom while we was with the salesmen and not once came over to speak to us. the salesmanager approached my friend after looking at his paper work all day and he could not even pronounce his name correctly and acted like he did not want to sale a bike. He treated us like we didn't deserve to be there like we were not good enough to purchase a bike from mountain creek Harley Davidson. He told our salesmen not to fool with us anymore if we wasn't going to purchase a bike after myself has bought 2 in the past. He walked past us several times and did not even acknowledge us. He made us not want to purchase a bike from mountain creek Harley Davidson ever again and frown on the company. The salesmen was great and the sales manger sucked. The salesmen did an awesome job and couldnt have asked for a better salesmen. The sales manager could learn from the salesmen. I would not recommend anyone to mountain creek after the way the sales manager treated us today.
