The staff is always there for me. I am on my own often and I know I can call them with any car problems. I also feel comfortable asking them questions about my service and my car. It is a great place to take your car.
Had to have a seatbelt replaced quickly and they did the job rapidly that morning. I was charged less than the seatbelt cost me to install it and chatted up the owner while getting serviced in a cozy waiting area. I would definitely go back for any major or minor repair work needed for my vehicle. Fast, friendly, and courteous, as they say.
The service provided for us at Whitley Auto Services was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and explained their services. I got my vehicle on time and I was extremely satisfied with the services.
I went for hole in my gas tank and they put a little bit of jb weld and that's it...took 8 hours and $350!!! Outrageous. It lasted for a day and then immediately leaked again.
