First let me lead in by saying that I am a director of sales and customer service for a large company in Dalton. While there are many great and friendly stylists at this salon that do understand what customer service is. The Manager of this salon does NOT. I have never seen someone so rude and disrespectful to customers that pay for her to have a job, and also to her employees. I have been going here for several years and have held my tongue because I understand some days it's difficult to be a Manager and that maybe it was just a bad day. But many many bad days is not acceptable. I will post these reviews on every site I possibly can and I have contacted the Dalton daily citizen in order to hopefully have an article written and ran about this lady that needs to be released from her position. Other will be joining me in this as they have seen and feel the same way. I am not sure who owns the franchised store but he or she needs to step in and do something about this horrible face of their business.
Make sure and get the free app online and check in prior to going. It will let you walk right in with no wait if you do so. Check ins online are good for 1 hr. After that, it clears you out. Great for quick haircuts if you check in online! Good for kids too. Check around for coupons prior to coming. They seem to be everywhere.
Sheena did a great job. She was very patient while I got my daughter settled in. She was very friendly and understanding of the situation.
