I am glad they are open till 9 my ptrap broke on my sink and had to run and get one. Thanks for being open till 9 pm. It's usually a good store where you can find any improve needs. Staff is always friendly ready to help. I am usually shopping here two or three times a week. They also price match. Thank you Lowe's for another great experience.
Got what I needed. Had gamma seal lids for 5 gallon buckets, which was a nice surprise. Saving me another trip elsewhere. Wasn't going here for those, but they had them.
I purchased some lawn chairs online to be picked up in the store. After arriving at the store to pick them up it took 2 hours to bring the chair up from the back. Worst part is they assembled them and didn't notify me of this in any way. Being impossible to fit 6 assembled lawn chairs into my truck I asked them to unassemble the chairs and put them into a box. The assistant store manager scoffed at my request and reluctantly forced one of her rude employees to disassemble the chairs. You'd think this being a tool store that they would have the proper tools to complete this simple request. Yet here I am standing in the middle of lowes watching these two people struggle to take apart a few chairs and destroy the parts in the process. I'm on hour number 3 here and they have only taken a dozen bolts out and rounded off every nut in the process. This has been a very disappointing experience. The management here almost seems like they don't want your money and don't care if you have to wait for hours.
I was looking for a shower door and Allen was very helpful. My door size was not a standard size and he had to do a lot of research. I left with several options and was pleased with my experience at Lowes.
Hard to find the best product to fix my problem, but I did. With the help of the people who work there did help . Thanks
