Ordered two simple pizzas and brought me the wrong order and then would not answer after I tried to call back.
This location is a joke. It's always a hit or miss. You order your pizza one way, and it shows up another way. I'm telling you customer service goes a LOOOOOOOOONG way. Hire customer friendly associates. PAY ATTENTION.... STOP RUSHING... READ... GET ORDERS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
I ordered a buffalo pizza online and in the order details i asked them to ring the doorbell because i was giving my baby a bath and i didn't think i would be able to hear a knock. 45 minutes went by and still no pizza. I checked the tracker and it said my pizza had been delivered when clearly it hadn't. I called them and they said no one came to the door but i never heard my doorbell. They refunded my order and i thanked them for it. When the lady got to my house w my pizza. She was rude. She consistently rang my door bell and when i opened the door i said hey and she threw the box at me and rolled her eyes! RUDEST PERSON EVER! I work in customer service as ab Assf Mgr and i would never allow my workers or myself to treat a customer that way! Plus when i went to eat my pizza it was wrong! Not very pleased!
They will not deliver to the Pilot truck stop unless you are an employee of Pilot, for there driver's safety! What a joke! Most truck drivers are gentlemen, make good money and wouldn't dream of robbing a delivery driver. But they would probably deliver to the hood! Great policy. NOT! Papa John's is one of the only big pizza restaurants that has their own fleet of 18 wheelers too! This is not right, and will never spend my hard earned money at any Papa John's again.
I called to place an order at 11pm and clearly enunciated my phone number and location to the worker on the other end. They didn't repeat back this information to verify my phone or room number to make sure they got it right. I'm staying at a hotel, and they ended up going to the wrong room after I told the worker the right room number. I called an hour later to ask where my pizza was and after three minutes Papa John's ended up hanging up on me. I called back and they told me they had sent the guy to the wrong room. I kindly corrected them and asked them to redeliver the pizza to the correct room. It's 12:50 at night and still no pizza. Not once have they called or texted me to alert me about the delivery status. Heck, they could've called when they went to the wrong room the first time! I'm very disappointed with this Papa John's because I just wanted pizza, and now it's too late to order from anyone else.
