Pizza Hut pizza is always good. They're one of the few places in town that will actually get the pepperoni crisp when you ask for it. I do recommend that you get it for pick up or delivery, though, because the wait staff in this location is just awful. Our waitress took our order and never came back. She never brought the straws we asked for, never brought the bread sticks we ordered, never once refilled our drinks, and actually tried to blame someone else for her failings. It was pathetic.
Went to the pizza Hut on Walnut Avenue in Dalton GA. I placed an order for 1 medium pizza. The total was $15.00. I looked up at the sign in the store, it read 2 medium pizzas anyway you want for $6.99. I told the cashier girl to change my order because 1 pizza was more than 2 pizzas. I wanted 2 pizzas cheaper than 1. The cashier called the assistant manager up and he told me since I already paid for it, he couldn't do a refund. I said why, he said because I already paid for it. I told him that I haven't even gotten the pizza and yet I can't have a refund? I told him to call his manager because I wanted my money back. He once again told me he couldn't give my money back to me. I was getting upset at this point. Who does business this way? After I almost threw a fit, he told me he'd give me my money back. I said to him all I wanted was 2 pizzas cheaper than 1. He finally agreed to make another pizza for me. I'll never come here again! Pathetic!
Wonderful service! We had a friendly and knowledgeable server who made good suggestions of what to order. She didn't rush us (even though it was close to closing time) and the food was great!
Pretty good Pizza Hut. Pan pizza was fresh and service was friendly.
