Every time I go there their "shake machine" is down. I really don't understand why the shake machine being down would keep them from putting ice in coffe. I'm ordering an iced mocha which from my understanding is iced coffee not a shake.

Nice quiet little fast food joint. Good clean store with tasty food and fast service. They don't get five stars because, more than once, I got a Vanilla shake instead of Jamocha.
