Worse fast food ever. They take 20 min to give you order plus they give you cold and burn food.
Im currently sitting in drive thru as i ordered a large order. Approx $80. As i told the lady over the speaker i was told (with attitude) that since i ordered so much food id have to wait 13 minutes. I worked at kfc for years so i already assumed a wait. As im waiting in my car i counting my guest at home to make sure ive ordered enough food. So i send my daughter in to order a 12 piece just chicken to add to my order. She came out looking upset. She said that the manager yelled out from the kitchen that we would have an even longer wait since in adding to my order. My daughter said thats fine as the lady walked out from the kitchen she then rolled her eyes and sighed. I have a good mind to go get a refund and take my buisness to some resturant that would appreciate a large amount.
Great chicken biscuits and boberry biscuits, and really good tea!! This location typically has great customer service, too! Very friendly staff. Food is always hot and fresh. One of Bojangles better locations. Typically VERY busy at breakfast time, especially through the drive-thru line. I suggest going in, you will save time.
We have waited 40 minutes for chicken that was supposed to take 15! Already paid and still waiting in car. Family went in to check status. Ridiculous...
