They were very accommodating. They gave us a room on ground floor for our 13 year old dog, even with being totally booked. The cleaning staff was very nice and was there when you needed them. I will stay again if passing thru or evacuating. Thank you for a very pleasant 7 days.
Fair rates and clean rooms for a mid level hotel. Nice location for walking over to Chilis for dinner or drinks.
If I could give a zero rating I would. Looked nice, nice staff, get in room and get ready to sleep, Sis goes to plug my phone in to charge because of course the plugs on nightstand are loose and phone will not connect . Well she about gives us a heart attack because on the counter taking a nice stroll is a big COCKROACH. We changed clothes got our stuff out and while we were do8ng the refund paperwork she tells us that "Manager just had it sprayed 2 weeks ago." But she did offer to give us a different room. Are you freaking kidding me.
Comfortable, with a fridge and microwave, plenty of towels and several really close restaurants. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Decent little breakfast offering as well. I will stay at Quality Inns again. I have already booked my next stay in Cordele, Georgia tonight.
Complete lack of customer service at the front desk. Room was clean, but in need of some maintenance (wall sockets loose or not working, noisy toilet ran all night, matress was old and sunk in on one side). Stay here if you are out of other options.
