Fairly quick service even tho it was busy, I'd say 3 1/2 stars but not quite 4.
The food is not as good as it was a year ago. They often leave off the seasoning on the fries. The chicken is sometimes over cooked.
Great food, fast service. Best salads at a fast food restaurant.
Very nice location. Welcoming. Our party of 6 didn't have to wait long at all on our dine-in order.
I usually love Zaxbys. I got it tonight to treat myself. My sandwich was so coated in sauce that there was a pool of sauce in bottom of box and both pieces of toast were too soaked to even try to eat. So instead of a treat I am eating lukewarm fries and the chicken off the sandwich. Disappointed
