I called and canceled reservations a week before my checkin date, Come the day I would have checked in They charged my card for THE 3 NIGHT STAY THAT I CANCELED! Called and no awnser at all, I called 7 Times and no one even bother to pick up the phone. If they can't pick up the phone for what could be potential clients then how do they treat there guests that are actually in the hotel. Makes me wounder, As I have ran a hotel before and this is NOT the way to do bussiness.
